1. Service Description
Aron is an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) application for Georgian-speaking users. The app is free to download but requires a paid subscription purchased through aron.ge to access full functionality.
2. Subscription & Activation
Upon purchasing a subscription, you will receive a unique activation code. This code is tied to your account and can only be used once. One subscription grants access to one account.
3. Device Policy
Each account may be used on a maximum of 2 devices simultaneously:
- One phone (Android or iPhone)
- One tablet (Android tablet or iPad)
You cannot use the same account on two phones or two tablets. If you need to replace a device, you may remove it from your account at aron.ge/account/devices. After removing a device, there is a 24-hour cooldown before a new device of the same type can be added.
4. Billing & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via credit card through TBC Bank. You may cancel your subscription at any time through aron.ge/account. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. After the grace period, your account will be suspended until payment is resolved.
5. Fair Use
Sharing your activation code or account credentials with others is prohibited. Each subscription is for personal use by one individual (or one patient/student in the case of enterprise accounts). Abuse of the sharing policy may result in account suspension.
6. Enterprise Accounts
Organizations may purchase activation codes in bulk at aron.ge/enterprise. Each code activates one individual account. Volume discounts apply. Enterprise codes are subject to the same device policy as individual accounts.
7. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with Aron, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase at support@aron.ge for a full refund. Refunds are not available after the 14-day period or for renewal payments.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to all active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.
